What We Do

  • Provide meeting & conference management support under our GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract (GS-23f-0146M) for Marketing, Media and Public Information Services;
  • Plan and coordinate large and small conferences, meetings and events for commercial, federal, state and local government customers;
  • Provide logistical support in finding hotel locations and in negotiating contracts for best value rates with hotels and vendors for meeting rooms and lodging;
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure suitability and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act;
  • Handle travel arrangements and negotiate lodging rates at or below Federal Travel Regulations guidelines;
  • Conduct strategic planning sessions to partner with customers in achieving the objectives of their special event and in identifying the best role for our company in supporting their needs;
  • Work with customer personnel in developing biographies, agendas, and conference materials;
  • Develop mailings for potential attendees, register attendees, and create and maintain registration and attendee databases;
  • Provide on-site support at customer events to ensure proper arrangements such as for lodging, meeting rooms, food and beverage, audio visual, telephones, computer support and on-site registration;
  • Create interim and final status reports to keep customers informed about their special events.
