What We Do
- Plan and facilitate large and small training events for commercial, federal, state and local government customers;
- Provide training facilitators to conduct local and nationwide training events;
- Work with customer personnel in developing training materials, biographies, and agendas;
- Develop mailings for potential attendees, register attendees, and create and maintain registration and attendee databases;
- Provide logistical support in finding hotel locations and in negotiating best value rates with hotels and vendors for meeting rooms and lodging;
- Handle travel arrangements and secure lodging rates at or below the Federal Travel Regulations guidelines;
- Serve as the liaison for speakers, participants, attendees and vendors, when required;
- Provide on-site support at customer events to ensure proper arrangements such as for lodging, meeting rooms, food and beverage, audio visual, telephones, computer support and on-site registration;
- Create interim and final status reports to keep customers informed about their special events.
