• Assist government clients with the preparation, submission and execution of their budgets to ensure that documentation and tracking of payroll is consistent with federal and departmental standards
• Developing complex Oracle and SQL*Plus reports in support of CFO and Budget Officer’s briefs to congressional appropriations staffs regarding annual budgets
• Full life cycle development of a database application to track the financial and operational performance of contracts and vendors
• Creating standard and ad-hoc Access database reports that allow the government to perform sophisticated analysis and make informed recommendations to agency leadership
